Doctors and Dentists

DOCTORS and Dentists!
We learned all about Doctors and Dentists. The boys liked learning what they do!
Doctor puzzle, We only do the upper case letters at this point, but he did a good job making the puzzle!


We made teeth that were happy and sad depending the food that they were eating. The boys thought all the sugar should go to the happy tooth, but we talked about why the veggies and fruit are a better option.

These were some fun new number cards i found to help learning to count along with letter recognition. They had to count how many items were on the card and then attach a cloths pin to the correct number!
Austin is very happy because he was doing really well measuring this day. They had to measure how tall the person was and then put the correct number next to that person!
At the end, the boys got to play a game where they had to get the doctor to the hospital. They drew number cards and moved there pom pom to the correct space!

Also included in this week was a trip to the real doctor with mommy to check on the baby, totally not planned but it fit right in with the week, i normally try to leave them at home with Dad! We also read a few books on doctors and dentists!
